George Bush, Queen Elizabeth, and Vladimir Putin all die and go to hell. While there, they spy a red phone and ask what the phone is for.

The devil tells them it is for calling back to Earth.

Putin asks to call Russia and talks for 5 minutes. When he was finished the devil informs him that the cost is a million dollars, so Putin writes him a check for a million dollars.

Next Queen Elizabeth calls England and talks for 30 minutes. When she was finished the devil informs her that cost is 6 million dollars, so Queen Elizabeth writes him a check.

Finally George Bush gets his turn and talks for 4 hours. When he was finished the devil informed him that there would be no charge for the call and feel free to call the USA anytime.

When Putin hears this he goes ballistic and asks the devil why Bush got to call the USA free.

The devil replied, "Since Obama became President of the USA , the country has gone to hell, So naturally it's a local call."

Chamber of Commerce CEO Tom Donohue is a wanted man -- at least according to the liberal activist group that's put a de facto bounty on his head.

A network of liberal groups known as Velvet Revolution started an ad campaign offering $200,000 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the man whose trade organization has become a thorn in the side of the Obama administration and congressional Democrats.

The group is not leveling any specific charges of criminal behavior. Rather, it is casting a wide net, fishing for any whistleblowers from Donohue's past who might come forward with allegations of wrongdoing. The campaign against the Chamber was launched in response to the group's opposition to climate change legislation and health care reform, and its plan to spend $100 million lobbying against these and other initiatives.

The key scientific facts that support EPA’s determination that greenhouse gases in the atmosphere endanger public health and welfare of current and future generations include:
Human Activity Has Increased Greenhouse Gases in the Atmosphere

Heat-trapping greenhouse gases are now at record-high levels in the atmosphere compared to the recent and distant past.

These high atmospheric levels are the clear result of human activity.

Average global carbon dioxide concentrations have increased about 38 percent from pre-industrial levels to 2009, and almost all of this is due to human emissions.

Atmospheric concentrations of the two most important, directly emitted, long-lived greenhouse gases—carbon dioxide and methane—are well above the natural range over at least the last 650,000 years.

Projected atmospheric concentrations of the six greenhouse gases show an increase under all scenarios by 2030 compared to 2000.
The Climate is Warming

Warming of the climate system is unequivocal, as evidenced by increases in:

Global average air and ocean temperatures
o
Widespread melting of snow and ice
o
Rising global average sea level

Global surface temperatures have risen by 1.3 degrees Fahrenheit over the last 100 years.

Eight of the 10 warmest years on record have occurred since 2001.
